Every
one need to have minimum of 8hrs sleep every day in order to maintain good
health. If it varies by 2hours or having a bad night sleep occasionally cannot
be a problem. However if the bad night sleep prolong for a period of time, it
leads to problem. Lack of sleep leads to
increase in free radicals which will further affect the Genes. Once the genes
got affected, it leads to change in Biological clock. Due to this our food
habits changes, brain function varies. It will leads to obesity as well as memory
loss. Sometimes it leads to variation in heart which leads to heart attack. Change
in food habits leads to digestion problems. It can also leads to depleted sex
life. Irritability and mood swings will also happen gradually
