Tummy ache or Stomach ache:
Generally tummy or stomach may be due to over heat in
the body or indigestion or due to constipation problem. The reasons can be
many.
If stomach ache starts, some of these tips can be followed
in order to get rid of:
1. Peppermint tea: It ensures that our digestive tract works
properly by making digestion an easy process. Heat the water and add pepper
mint and allow to cool up to Luke warm. Take this three times.
2. Chamomile tea: It will ease the cramps and lessen the spasms.
3.Ginger tea: The chemicals present in ginger relax the
stomach muscles and relieve cramps. Ginger will repair the digestive canal.
4. Rice water: taking a cup of rice water will help relive the
ache. It soothes inflammation and provide relief. It smooths the stool.
5. Lemon juice: Few drops of lemon juice in a glass of hot
water will help improve the production of HCL, Known to break sown the food we
consume and ensures easy digestion.
6. Ghee and sugar water: Heat the water to boil
state. Add half a tea spoon of ghee, Half a tea spoon of sugar. Mix well and
take it three times in a day which will push the guts and for free motion.
